Joseph szymanski

When it comes to dreams this photo in my opinion is one of the most brilliant ideas . I i understand the story or at least there is a story that can me drawn from the image. i feel like these are two old friends an they were in love but time wasn't on their side so  they reconnected 50 years lated but once again went to their way but their shadows are their younger selves trying to maintain that love. not to mention the beautiful composition the line that breaks wall in the background directly in the center of the image echoing the separation thats is so evident in the photo .

Jang, Ina
one of my favorite photographs Ina Jang creates evocative images that force one to ask questions about where and why . the softness of the tones and small value shifts add to the dream like quality, pail face and dark hair, the edge of the ground plane slightly off of the wall creating a shadow that stretches from one corner of the photograph to the other forcing you eye around the image .i give it a thumbs up .
Connie Collinge .

I chose this photograph because it has a sense of dream like quality the red heels echo the pail pink wall
cut by the white wall baseboard I feel like the photograph was successful in its efforts to create a mood of oddness however the beauty over takes that mood. the image makes me feel like the dream is to have the best heels an the best legs that come with your dress.
